Counselling Services

We offer accessible counselling for individuals, children and youth (ages 8+), couples, and families. This includes Rapid Access Counselling and specialized supports like RIFT (Rapid Intervention Family Treatment), which helps families experiencing parent–teen conflict.

Family Support Services

Our family support services provide guidance, connection, and mentorship to strengthen relationships and support healthy development. Programs include Family Support, Diversion, and Mentorship, tailored to meet the needs of children, youth, and families.

Community Supports & Life Skills 

We offer programs that build practical skills and community connection, such as parenting groups and community kitchen programs. We also provide limited supports such as seasonal clothing giveaways and client-based basic needs assistance.
