Moose Jaw Family Services offers affordable counselling to support adults, teens and children feeling overwhelmed or experiencing personal challenges. Sometimes knowing how to deal with challenges can be a challenge in itself. We offer hope, and support on a journey towards empowering, healing, and strengthening individuals and families.
Moose Jaw Family Services provides:
- Children and Youth Counselling (8 and over)- ages 8-18 require both parents consent
- Adult Counselling
- Seniors Counselling
- Marriage Counselling
- Couples Counselling
- Family Counselling
- Individual Counselling
- Group Therapy
- Rapid Intervention Family Therapy (Ministry of Social Services Referral only)
Counselling support and group programming is available for those:
- experiencing struggles coping with change or life circumstances
- wanting to solve problems and challenges
- seeking to build healthy relationships with self and others
- experiencing separation and divorce
- wishing to enhance their parenting skills
- requiring support for their mental wellness and resiliency
- struggling with self care

Counselling is on a first come first serve basis.
Moose Jaw Family Services is not a crisis response center.
You may be referred to other resources including internal groups and other community resources.

Counselling services and programs are available in person, over the phone, and through a secure video platform.
Fees for our services are on a sliding scale based on family income. Some insurance providers may cover the cost of these services.
